Reply 115 The game was not launched via the Steam Client can someone please help me fix this Err_Gfx_D3D_Init Fix. While this seems like a complex GTA 5 error but there a couple of solutions that might work for you. The first fix is very simple, just go to the game’s install folder and delete d3dcsx_46.dll and d3dcompiler_46.dll and then verify game files from Steam and the error should be resolved. I reinstalled the rame, so that may have done it, but it appears as though the solution was also manually installing the DXSETUP.exe in the GTA V folder. I was also running MSI afterburner.
